Perfect Survey-Office of the Inspector General

In May 2018, the Cabinet for Health & Family Services-Office of the Inspector General awarded Providence Pointe Healthcare a Deficiency Free Perfect Survey.  The Inspector General is responsible for ensuring nursing facilities comply with mandatory and state licensure requirements.  Only 5% of nursing facilities in the United States attain a deficiency free survey.  


American Healthcare Association National Quality Award

Providence Pointe Healthcare received a Tier One recognition as part of the American Health Care Association Quality Initiative Recognition Program for achieving goals in reducing hospital readmissions at the National Quality Symposium.
